My work is for people who are ready to feel safe in themselves. People who want to step into the fullest version of themselves and own every ounce of their worth.
I offer nervous-system informed coaching rooted in self-trust, regulation, and building the most beautiful relationship with yourself. This work isn’t about becoming anything- it’s about coming home to who you already are, without pressure or performance.
My background is in clinical mental health, and I spent years working as a licensed therapist doing talk therapy before feeling called toward a different kind of work- one that honors healing without pathologizing. Over time, I learned that lasting change doesn’t come from trying harder, but from creating safety in the body, clarity in the mind, and compassion toward the self.
Today, my work blends nervous system regulation, identity and self-concept work, mindfulness, and gentle somatic practices. I support people through seasons of transition, stress, and identity shifts- not to fix what’s “wrong,” but to help you feel grounded, supported, and anchored within yourself as things unfold. I also support people who feel like life is going good but want to take their relationship with themselves a step further in order to thrive.
